Wez Traylor rocks! One day he ate pot brownies and called Zack and called Seth like 3 times telling them he wanted to start a band. Seth said cool but only if they toured and recorded all the time so that’s what they’re doing now.
They have songs about eating drugs and white people and various other subjects.
December 2012 is not the end of the world but is in fact when Keith Richards is gonna tell the world that the Rolling Stones are stepping down and Natural Child is the new best band in the world.

from WFMU’s Beware of the Blog;
Nashville’s Finest: Natural Child
Nashville band Natural Child first came onto my radar during the most recent CMJ Music Marathon when they crashed an Impose Magazine showcase (featuring The Beets, The Girls At Dawn, and Smith Westerns, among others) and basically stormed the stage, with an entourage of Nashville boys and proceeded to play one of the most exciting, eneregetic, and ridiculous punk sets I’d seen in a long time. I instantly fell in love.
Natural Child have a 7 inch and a cassette out on Infinity Cat Records, a label they share with Nashville superstars JEFF The Brotherhood, and girly punk band Heavy Cream, both of whom they play with frequently in Nashville, often at a DIY venue called Glenn Danzig’s House.
Natural Child’s songs are all loud and driving, kind of reminiscent of The Replacements, but in a charming, Southern way. From songs about being forced to sleep with someone, to one about smoking crack with friends, the lyrics are constantly entertaining.
